Cheeky image for a Mother's Day card.  This is from JS Pamela West CD.  Matt of red holographic, red chiffon ribbon and a couple of gems added to the image in the appropriate places.

A small A6 card with a parchment front.  The frame used is one I bought recently and it is great cos you can use differents bits of it.  I traced the flowers and leaves in black ink and embossed  on the back and front.  The colouring is done on the back with felt tips, a tiny bit of water and a No: 2 brush.

Did most of this in the wee small hours when I couldn't sleep.

More practice with Dorso oil .  Although I have done the insert I haven't decided how to fix it to lie flat.  It is the same old problem with parchment.

I have now finished my Mother's Day cards for the shop.  This first one is a bit OTT but I wanted to use a piece of parchment I had done just for the fun of it.  The butterfly is one of A & B's holographic two layer ones.

The next four are waterfall cards (obviously).  The first one uses Ooh La La images from Passion for Fashion and the other three are from a kit which I have adapted.

This  pink one has one layer of 3d on each square.

These to show the Happy Mother's Day under the flaps.

My tutor saw this last night and suggested that I  emboss the petals a bit more so I have done so and this is the difference.

She was right.

This is the card I made for Miss Glitter - and I loved doing it for her.

This was my RAK this month made for Crafty Crofty.  CC parchment  patterns for the monograms but Anne was my guinea pig as I had to find a way to present them.  I am really into these monograms and numbers by CC as they are a lovely way of painting, light embossing and grid work.

Pack No: 9 in the shop

A Tern in Flight - suitable for a man I think.

Ellie looked through my box of parchment cards and said she liked this one the best.

A new frame in the same series.

I added two stick-on butterflies and sent this as a get well card.  One of my crafters is in hospital.
