Encaustic Art

Look what I have managed to create with my Christmas present :D




This was my first attempt at it using just green wax.  Looks like a leafy picture with some grasses in the front.



2nd attempt using just pink wax, not sure I like this one, but I think it is growning on me.



3rd attempt using just purple wax, I love this one, and can see hands holding on to each other top right corner but best looked at in portrait.

Looks like rainforest or jungle.

look good on a wall,

I unearthed my encaustic kit about a month ago...had forgotten what fun it is!
