Just wondered if anyone else makes knitted toys and dolls?

I think i have a few patterns somewhere if you want them Andrea!!
Have you tried knitting with lace, the little christmas trees and things?

My mum knits dolls, really enjoys it and she is now 95 years old, her best are a reversable doll. Sad and happy. You turn it upside down and its another dolls face.

Hi Dylan, glad to hear that your mum still enjoys herself, even at that age. I have done a few toys but have never tried the topsy turvy doll yet, I think I need some more experience first.

Try the Jean Greenhowe books and leaflets. There are about 20 different ones with all sorts of large and small dolls and toys in them.

go searching on the google or other web sites and they have all sorts of patterns you can print out for knitting and crocheting
