I'm sure the folks who receive your cards love them Ladyjane.  There's nothing better than a card made from the heart.
I'm just getting into scrapbooking after months of stash building and stroking I'm finally using some!!

I started when I ended up with so many cards I had nowhere to store them, but my family love them when I send them. I know A&B have loads of work on but I hope that in the not too distant future they will be able to have a scrapbook section in their shop.

sounds like your workmate had a bad case of sour grapes  ;-). Dont let this person put you off making cards as well as scrapbooking.

Have recently taken up scrapbooking, making two scrapbooks for my daughters with all the old photos.  Enjoy using all my nice goodies I have bought in the past in them.  Also a way to use up the things I bought for cardmaking but then didn't

I've been scrapping now for a couple of years and enjoy it as much as my cardmaking - definitely room for both in my life.
