This parchment card is from a free internet download.  Just the drawing.  I had to decide how I was going to do it.
I used pencils for the colouring.
An unusual border.  I used a 'hole' in a grid as a stencil to make sure the dots were round and even.

This card is now with Emma in France.

This hasn't scanned very well but in the centre of each 3d flower is a gem that looks like a drop of crystal.

This one is called Patchwork and is supposed to look like part of a cotton bedspread.  It is difficult to show the white work as it is backed by white but it does look like a bedspread in 'the flesh'.

I have changed the mount as I wasn't really happy with the first one.

I had these lovely ATC's this morning from Joyce.  Sweetpeas and Diamonds for an April Birthday.  Both my favourites.

From the JS Fan CD.
This is from one of the decoupage sheets with  a matching background.  I have added some lace and pink pearl in the bow and amber gems on the violets.  The scanner has trimmed it a little on the left hand side.  The corner peel offs are complete.

JS Fan CD again.  The small fan is from one of the embellishment sheets printed on to 220gsm card and mounted with pads. A small pink heart gem stolen from some jewelled motifs I bought years ago and steadily working my way through.  The motif on the right is 'as it comes'.

I was requested to do a very simple uncomplicated card for a 60th Birthday for a man.

I just wanted to add to this as he has now received the card and was over the moon that it had been especially made for him - just him.

6" square cream card and matting using A & B pearlescent embossed paper and one of the 72 Luxury Card Toppers.  Apple Blossom Fairy is a 3D Die Cut x 4 layers.  I used very fine decoupage silicon as you can get about the same depth as 1mm pads but still have the ability to move it around to position.

Thought I would try some embroidery and bead work on one of the Luxury Card Layers from A & B.  Backed with A & B holographic.  Beads are from a pot of old unthreaded necklaces from charity shops etc that I have had for ages.

1st card using the Jewels of Magnificence CD.  I have decoupaged the butterfly and also varnished the blue wings on each layer and as I have used 120gsm paper the wings have curled a little with the varnish which looks quite lifelike. The topper is made with parchment embossed using a frame and then glued to a piece of background paper from the cd and then cut out with a fine edge tool.  The holographic card  is a heart one from A & B chosen to match the hearts in the frame.  The body of the butterfly has been oofle dusted with gold.

Parchment from a brand new pattern using quite a few disciplines including dip dotting which I always find difficult.  It shouldn't be as it is easy to do but it doesn't always work out.  The flowers and leaves were embossed and then coloured on the back and the front and then blended.
