A decoupage golfing cartoon picture - first  of a series of 6 that I  bought from a company on the net. I bought 5 of each print - not very expensive - I think it was a special offer.

I cut the bits out for this card  probably at least a year ago. I haven't seen the lady who demonstrated them on the T.V. since!!  I did cut out every minute piece but haven't put them all on the picture.  It is all very well cutting them out but they are much too small to stick on with anything.

I think this decoupage is from the Peter Rabbit range.  The deckle edge card is in the palest of lilacs to go with the matting layers.  Peel off coloured with "magic" pens.  My purple in the pen set doesn't work so tried using red and blue.  Didn't get purple but got a fantastic dark bronze metallic colour.  Will save for another card.

The patterned matting layer was a background that came with the sheet of decoupage and the orange matting sheet was from a Steffi pad.

Who ever said crafters don't make mistakes they only have happy accidents didn't watch me make this card.  I bought the black cat decoupage at Sandown yesterday so that I could make a Good Luck card.  Everything was going well until I put the matting on - crooked - and couldn't get it off again - so made a frame using strips and Quicklets  to disguise.  When I looked at it the strip at the top wasn't quite straight so made a bow to disguise yet again.  Then decided to put the letters down the left at jaunty angles but didn't plan it so the last letter was right at the bottom.  Taking them off left patches on the background paper so then had to cut a strip to match the card to cover this up.  Apart from the fact that not much of the lovely background paper shows it's not too bad and didn't end up in the bin.

Ivory pearlescent card from A & B.  Background and vellum sheet with butterflies and greeting, from a kit bought ages ago.  Just coloured the butterflies a little with Sakura starlight pens.  Apple Fairy I thought appropriate for an Autumn birthday.

Card same as above.  The lovely ribbon from a selection bought at Sandown Park Craft Show.  I cut out the decoupage so long ago I can't remember where I  got it from.  Greeting coloured with "magic" pens of course.

Have used a vellum front that you can paper prick and emboss for the background for the decoupage lady.  I don't particularly like paper pricking (just a personal thing) so where you would prick the hole I have, instead, put a dot from a Sakura Gelly Roll Glaze pen.  I quite like the idea and you can introduce another colour by doing this.

Same as above with the sakura pens.  Used the "magic" pens on the word and the pram topper is one I bought from Chippa at Sandown Park.

Embossed vellum panel etc as above. Just a base picture from a  decoupage sheet.

A card ordered by a friend for her friend who is a keen gardener.  Decoupage and backing sheets were bought locally.  Peel off borders from A & B.

These two were done using stamps designed to use with watercolour pens.  Done on watercolour paper and mounted.  Gold pen used for edging.

Not a good photograph but my first Hummel picture.  Bought die cut kit that came with bubble fronts, cards and everything.  Jewel decorations are from a POD just bought - an extravagance but they are beautiful.
