3D peel off stuck to acetate then coloured with crystal lacquers, cut out and layered.
Made it for my youngest sister's birthday. We're going through a rough time of it as a family, but I don't think this will make things better for her.

Pastel wrap abd peel offs from A&B. Flowers taken apart then held on with my own bradlets.

Recognise the photo? It's CarolJane's Kaleidescope image that she said we could use. I've used the 3d Decoupage CD Rom and layered it.
