Title: embroidery peels of help please

can anyone please give me some hints and tips on how to use these peel offs i am really struggling to get a grip on these i keep sewiing the smae pattern as i am not sure hwo to follow the dots to make a different pattern

some of the dots round the outside I use a backstitch to sew these after I have put them onto a piece of card (not to thick) the ones that look like a sunray you start at the single dot a long stitch to the first dot and back through the first hole then a long stitch to the second hole and so on until all the holes are filled in Hope this will give you a little help
